Architect N. Mahesh 1st Rank holder of 1972 batch of B.Arch at CET is one of country’s eminent Architects of 50 years in Academic and Professional field.
‘IYER & MAHESH’ for last Five decades has completed more than 1000 projects covering more than 10 million Sq.ft.
His charming and lambent life partner Latha Mahesh is a natural extension of his life and is a companion with virtue of acquiescing attitude.
Mahesh is blessed with two brilliant and ebullient sons Sumanth (New York) and Hemanth (Coimbatore) who have excelled in their field and have already proved their mettle as successful persons with wonderful family.
He is a very credible person of impeccable character. Mahesh is ‘Philanthropist’ by nature.

Late Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam during his term as President of India in 2002 recognized Mahesh and honoured him with a plaque for his excellence in Design of Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Bio-technology, Trivandrum.
Mr. Mahesh is a recipient of more than Five dozen Awards & Honours including AD50 listing by the renowned Architectural Digest magazine, IIID Design Excellence Award 2019 and IIA NATCON Presidential Award 2019.

Mahesh founded the College of Architecture Trivandrum (C.A.T) in 2011 and is the Chairman & Managing Trustee of C.A.T which is today one of the most acclaimed School of Architecture in the country.

Mahesh has contributed immensely in the field of Sustainable Architecture and has Revived the Timber Architecture in a Modern Concept & designed some of the best Resorts & Hotels in India.
